As we continue to expand and grow within our company,we looking to open 10 new offices by the end of next year which means we need to promote 10 business owners within a shortest period of time.Our plan is to groom and develop entrepreneurs that will not only be running a business but also developing the skill set to be able to handle any challenges that arises both personally and business wise.

Born and bred in a small village called Ga Mushi (Steiloop).I completed my studies in Bsc Physical sciences from University of Limpopo and on my 3rd year I had to study and work at the sametime.I joined CDV where I was just looking for a job and to keep myself busy during recess,little did I know that the opportunity was gonna offer me something I never thought off.I was very confused on my first few days of joining the business but the excitement towards working for the first time erased all that.I started like everyone on an entry level where I was taught basics of marketing and how to have a great attitude.Learnt a lot throughout,had ups and downs but most importantly learning from my mistakes.Fast forward,I got promoted to an Assistant Manager where I was given most responsibilities and was given a chance to register my company.I thought I was Incapable,fear of failure until I had to treat my Promoting owners office as my own.That's where I really developed the skill and confidence of doing things on my own and managing not just a team but an office.One of the most inspiring things I've witnessed was the ability to turn passion into profit through hard work and consistency.Business taught me that,you can achieve whatever you want if you put your mind to it..
